Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation unless otherwise noted in the product page (e.g., for pre-order items). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. 

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Ground Advantage: 2-5 business days
  • Priority Mail: 1-3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and begin after your order has been processed and shipped. Delivery times do not include our processing time.

International Shipping

We currently do not ship internationally.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package weight and dimensions
  • Destination address
  • Selected shipping method

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive:

  • Shipping confirmation email
  • Tracking number
  • Link to track your package

Lost or Damaged Packages

Lost Packages: If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, please:

  1. Check with neighbors or building management
  2. Verify the shipping address on your order
  3. Wait 24-48 hours (sometimes marked delivered early)
  4. Contact us at hello@pippapottery.com if still missing after 48 hours

Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please:

  1. Take photos of the damaged packaging and items
  2. Contact us within 10 days at hello@pippapottery.com
  3. Keep all packaging materials until your claim is resolved

Address Changes

Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee address changes. Please contact us immediately at hello@pippapottery.com if you need to update your shipping address. If your order has already shipped, we cannot modify the address.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
