Will my piece look the same as the photo?
Every piece at Pippa Pottery is made by hand, one at a time. No two pieces are thrown, trimmed, or glazed in exactly the same way — which means yours will have its own subtle variations is color, texture, and form.
What clay do you use?
All pieces are made with stoneware clay, known for its strength and durability.
Are your pieces food safe?
Most pieces are food safe — individual product listings will note if a piece is decorative only due to the glazed used. All pieces are dishwasher safe, though hand washing is always recommended.
Ordering & Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the US only. If you're outside of the US and interested in a piece, feel free to reach out at hello@pippapottery.com and we'll do our best to help.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation unless otherwise noted in the product page (e.g., for pre-order items). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Delivery times vary by location once shipped.
My order arrived damaged — what do I do?
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your piece arrived damaged, take photos of both the packaging and the piece immediately and contact us at hello@pippapottery.com within 10 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos in your message and we'll make it right.
We occasionally take on custom work — if you have something specific in mind, reach out at hello@pippapottery.com and we'll let you know if it's something we can accommodate. We can't guarantee availability but we love hearing what people have in mind.
